I am really surprised Kate voted for Alex, I think Alex knew this was coming, possibly that's why he has been so down. One minute Kate was all over him, the next, she & Jade had obviously sidled up to Jonny. I do think it has more to do with hearing Jonny chants on the Friday night, which I happen to think was orchestrated. The girls have decided to snuggle up to Jonny as he is obviously popular, therefore more chance of staying in until the final two. Everyone can say Alex has been a miserable git, the last few days, but the terrible trio have made no effort with him. I personally did feel really sorry for him, yet again, not for the first time, he feels totally isolated. With the two performers and foghorn lil(Jade). I want to see so much now more than ever their faces if or hopefully when he wins!!

I'm not but I hoped she wouldn't. I thought she was up to no good. A consideration may have been that she didn't want to be the only girl in the house remaining. Funny that since she has been trying to make a fool of Jade all week and last week. Tactical voting if you ask me. It means that Jade stands the least chance in the final 3.

I am gutted that Alex is up. I had hoped it would be Jade instead but I had a feeling that hm's were going to forget just how much trouble she has caused (she was at the centre of every dispute, apart from Alex and Johnny's). Now she has the sympathy vote based on what? Because she is 21? What a year younger than some of the others. When I was 21 I knew what I was doing as I'm sure she does. She has been extremely vicious and it has been horrible to watch. I'm sure BB are covering their backs. It's a sham. She was definitely saved from eviction by BB when PJ went - BB chickened out after setting them up via the divide. OK I've gone into a bit of a rant which I don't usually do so I apologise in advance.

Alex seems disappointed and I bet that's because he can't believe he's up before Jade. Unbelievable!

To be honest though in a way I felt that if Alex did go up and was evicted I wouldn't mind, just for his sanity.

My redial button will be used a lot for Tim. It may give Alex a chance to mess around as he has done in the past. Not too much though! because some people will accuse him of being fake.

Living around Johnny/Kate/Jade for just 10 minutes would do my head in, with all their sqwaking, pratting and bland shitey drivel they spout off - no wonder Alex always has a headache. Tim might be an objectionable prick but he at least tries to have 'normal' conversations. The Jonny/Kate/Jade brand of entertainment is leading me more and more to the OFF button on the remote. BB has given us a final week from hell - if Alex goes (and there is a chance), they will find they lose a lot of audience. Alex is the only interesting character in there. He's almost far too interesting to be in there in some ways.
This has become Alex's ROOM 101 - maybe he's Winston (1984), and Sandy, then Tim, is his O'Brien. Come to think of it - Jonny looks like the poster of BB in the film '1984' - which fits, seeing as he so slavishly LOVES BB. Yuk.

If Kate voted for Alex - and it seems almost certain that she did, unless Tim did - I'll be v. interested to see her reason. If she says she prefers Jade or if she is still using their disagreement weeks ago I'll be a bit disappointed as recently I've thought she got on better with Alex than Jade. But she might have some completely different reason eg. doesn't want to be the only girl, or knows that Alex will obviously win against Tim whereas Jade may not (they must know Alex is popular).

I know people keep saying your educationial background etc does'nt make a difference on who you support but Im starting to think it does. All I ever hear from anti Alex posts are oh hes's a ********, he has a stupid voice, he does'nt act stupid like Jonny.

Ok I admit that Alex has had his depressed moments but nowhere near as much as Jonny and seeing as Jonny has almost always had the majority of the group behind him he has a lot less to be depressed about. C'mon Alex!

Jonny is a great actor and knew public sympathy would get behind the "cheeky chappy" funny how quickly he changed as soon as the divide came down. Really, Kates been getting on better with Jade the last few days. All 3 of them are trying to just let their hair down, whilst Tim and Alex continue to moan.

Honestly amazed Jade isn't up for the vote...maybe everyone thought everyone else would be vote for her so they could vote for someone else and make it safer that they'd not be up? Also, anyone with any sense in the house would have nominated Tim (even Tim as they heard the public chanting to boot him out...hence, as long as you were up for eviction against him you're safe for the final week....can't critise anyone for having figured that out and nominating him...

Kate was hardly going to vote for Jonny, and I think she actually likes Jade despite everything, so Alex would have been the only option. Jonny voting for Alex would be no surprise...and Jades votes would have been random as always...

We all know Tim will go so it's going to be a bit pointless now, except maybe to see how Alex copes.

Although l do not want Alex to leave because he brings conflict and intrigue to the house by opposing the status quo (jonny, Kate), it will also be a blessing in disguise if he does walk before Friday.

The public will finally realise that having three people in a house playing childish games all day, devoid of any kind of intelligent conversation can be really boring and is not entertaining enough to warrant us spending time out of our busy schedules to watch.

This will be an important lesson that hopefully the public will learn from and not make the same mistake again in the future.

WITHOUT CONFLICT THERE IS NO DRAMA!

The producers of the show are well aware of this, which is why they have been censoring the bitching sessions between Alex and Tim because they want Alex in the final week. Without him it would be like watching over grown children in a playground on tv.

The only reason Alex is grumpy at the moment is because of the little kids that he's been left with. It seems a lot of people on here think that acting like a kid, playing hide and seek and putting on a 'mask' is the way to go; I totally disagree.

Out of everybody who's left in the house, Alex and Tim are definitely the most genuine. Why? It's simple - Jonny is constantly acting, doing everything he can to make the public feel sorry for him; Jade's obviously playing mind games as she suddnely changed her attitude after talking to that Mr Miaggi bloke, and Kate is just doing anything Jonny's doing as she knows deep inside that he's pretty popular on the outside.

Here's a quote about Alex from an "educated" person (degrees etc) then - he's self-centered, intollerant, and hypocritical. Not much different from any of the house mates, or most people in general.

Early on I thought he was worse than most, but he's proven to be too bland to be judged that harshly...so he's dragged himself up to 2nd in my own list now.

For the record, I didn't like Jonny much early on for acting stupid (he was too OTT for me, in week 1) and I LIKE acting stupid, but then I thought he was OK...now he's toned it down a little but still fun he's OK...except I've started to see the way he's actually a bully of sorts (not malicious though, I don't think), and I've decided Alex's blandness is better than that because its something to choose between them...

The only problem with being genuine in the BB house is that when people/public don't like you it hurts like hell, which is what Tim's facing now. Alex too may be genuine, but a genuine what? Moaning, fun denying, self centered, insecure, spoilt brat? - and I quite like him as the housemates this year go!

The sooner the moaning, backstabbibg, no guts Alex goes the better, he`s been riding on the other HM`s backs (Sandy,Adele,Tim) for long enough, im sick of hearing Alex say "oh ill say this to him/her, ill say that " He is quick to talk about the others , behind there backs , then he condems anyone else for doing the same,
