Benson, I agree with you. Although it is a game show, it is supposed to be a reality game show. We should have real people on the show - not people like Johnny who have manufactured themselves in order to appeal to the majority of the voting public (after doing a lot of research). I personally don't see the point of voting for someone who isn't real but who is conning the public. We all want to see real people in the house not actors. Otherwise, what is the point. There might as well be a script saying who is going to win the money and the £10 million BB/Endemol have made is wasted.

Personally, I think BB/Endemol have messed about too much with the formula this year and have therefore lost much of the original point of BB ie real people in a house, interacting with one another.

Johnny, Kate and Jade are quite frankly tossers, at the end of the day the only reason why Alex has gone into depression, is because he dosen't like Kate Johnny or Jade and not surprising either, after all the effort that Alex made to get on with Kate, Kate repays him by nominating him twice!, it's not surprising that Alex is well pissed off with these lot, I would be too!

And in fairness alex has stabbed kate in the back on a fair few occasions...........

What a load of crap. The only tosser on view is baby Alex who has really excelled himself this afternoon with his infantile behaviour. 'Nominated, who me?'

The real reason Saint Alex has gone into depression is because he mistakenly believed that he was safe from noms this week after his alliance with Dim boy.

Little does Alex know that if Jade was up for nomination against the third love of his BB3 life (TIm) that the posh boy would be walking down those steps anyway. Some people seem to think that the whole experience will make Alex strong, well lets face it Alex cannot act or be any more weak that he already is.

Ok he'll be in the house with three other people he can't stand and apparently can't be bothered talking to but that's the way it goes. He's made his bed with his choice of friends now he has to lie in it. If he doesn't like it then he knows what he can do, walk.

The point that we're missing a bit here (I think) is that the housemates are not friends. At least not in any way I understand friendship.

They are all trying to win the money. Therefore their alliances shift, much like many viewers, who started off liking one hm and after watching how they were competing/acting (whatever) changed our minds and wanted someone else to win.

I can't imagine how any of them could act completely naturally except perhaps when they are drunk and forget momentarily they are being filmed.

I think you'll find that's ... WE've made his bed with OUR choice of friends for him! He can't stand the ones left and we've voted out all the decent ones.

I can understand Alex's is a bit disappointed with K&J after they have had moans with him about Jade this week - still, at least he did shows a natural reaction, not one of those boring "I'm fine, I'm fine...I've been expecting it!" comments which the HMs usually give before going off for a little cry! Thank the lord for a bit of honesty!

I think it is safe to assume that one of the categories that BB comes under is 'reality TV'. I believe Endemol place it under the genre of 'real life soap'. If they themselves are placing under the title of 'real' then I believe my argument is valid.

Sandy walked, Adele was evicted, Alex now hates Jade and he's up for eviction against Tim this week. Who else has Alex bonded with? Who else was "decent"?

Just for the record I don't mind Johnny but i don't back him to win. The reason for the "tone" of my posts is simply that I really believe without Alex (whinging tosser) and Sandy (self-important miserable bastard) this years show would have been a riot. They (tried) to spoil the atmosphere from day one and thats why they piss me off. I tune in to be entertained and they didn't entertain me. Throw them to the lions I say!!! He won two tasks and picked his 'friends' two weeks on the trot and lapped up the adulation from his chosen HM's. Now the boot is on the other foot he spirals into depression. Hmm seems like a touch of sour grapes if you ask me.

With respect, that's a different point, and it brings up the question of whether it is better to pretend to like people you think are idiots and be two-faced about it, or be a bit more honest.
I'm still sure it is mostly the viewers who have decided who Alex is to be left in the house with...we could have voted Jonny, Kate or Jade out by now if we'd wanted to. Basically Alex can be close to whoever he likes, but we were always going to leave him with Jade, Kate and Jonny, given the opportunity. If things had been different, and Jade was up this week with Tim, it would still be Tim leaving.

Actually Kate is very much the thespian want to be. She has been in drama groups all through her youth and wanted to go to Drama school but decided against it due to the financial strain it would put on her family. As such she decided to take a job and pursue her showbiz ambitions with her own money behind her.
