But can Ijust say...I am a cricket fan and didn't like Darren as a cricketer...no particular reason..I just never took to him.

So I am amazed how I like him now...and he has tried so hard, and improved every week....he really puts his all into it...and for a big beefy cricketer (having been up at 4.30am every day this week to watch England V Pakistan...I could not imagine Freddie Flintoff doing what Darren is doing)...and so, for the first time ever, I am putting my weight behind the most improved. I never really thought Patsy would do it, even though I loved Anton..and Zoe and Colin so deserve to be in the final....as technically they are brilliant.

But Darren is also great....and tries very hard...and from a cricketing watching and big fellows point of view....He is not only the most improved (like Aled was last year) he is also on a par with Zoe and Colin.

So come on Dazzler..I am no hypocrite..I am not ashamed to say I wasn't a fan before this series..but these shows show you another side of a person...and I admit I was wrong..and you are a top bloke.

And not only that, you put your heart and soul into this.....even though it may not be 'done' in the cricketing world. Your passion in the rhumba tonight, in your face alone..was missed by the judges.

Anyone left now deserves to win...but Darren....a beefy bloke (not Botham ) like you...has more to prove than others...so give it some welly and show them what you are made of!

Great to see another cricket fan on here, Bohochick. I started supporting Darren because of knowing him from cricket, and, like you, I've never really been a big fan - until he started dancing! I think he's done amazingly well and think he should get to the final, but not sure he will win. Still, seeing him get through tonight is a small consolation for the abysmal defeat in Pakistan.

I never liked Darren as a cricketer...but he has totally revised my opinion of him...which is what reality shows can do if you give them a chance.

The amount of people I haven't liked before a reality show that I have taken to after is amazing.

I reckon, give it 5 years and Freddie and Kp will be on this show mind!

I am really seeing the yorkshire lad doing well, I was listening to test match special and even Geoff Boycott is seriously impressed with Darren. You can't get anymore higher praise than that. Hi its not cricket...no, I am in no other forums..I have lurked on the BBC ones...but they scare me...even more fights than on some places here!

Darren & Lilia to win!!!!! He deserves to win because unlike some other celebs he didn`t have the natural ability to dance immedietely but has gone from strength to strength every week. Come on Goughy!!!!!!!

Pakistan beat England certainly, but DG wasn't playing was he? I'm voting on the dancing and not on what size, shape or type of celeb the amateur dancer is.

Shape has a lot to do with ballroom. Darren is a big lad, as he has oft said himself. Anton is the ideal shape, as is Ian and most of the pro male dancers. If you're too short you are not the ideal shape, if you are too tall ditto (ie over 6foot 4inches say) and if you are a little too "plump" then you are not the best shape.

That's all I meant; apologies if I sounded offensive.

I think Darren can do it. I HATE cricket but he's very popular and has thrown himself into this wholeheartedly. It's the year of the Male Celeb to win and if it's between Colin and Darren then Darren will get the public vote. He does deserve it.

I wasn't too keen on him before SCD. Now I think he's wonderful, and he seems to enjoy it so much , which is surely the whole point of dancing.
