Hello Bewitchers all, you have restored my faith in all things SCD and all things pink and sparkly and completely insane.

Oh yes and : CUSTARD just needed saying I think. I so think Stephen Fry is reading the forums cos last week on QI he mentioned custard and this week at the end elephants.

Hope that strange sounding seance has finished, any wine left for a little un?

Right must go find Ian to give him huge hug for being such a gentleman tonight and Anton just for being Anton and having to go when he shouldnt have.

Bonjour mes amis

La Francais may have something to do with this. It started on the first page of the thread earlier and there's a fair bit of reference to lots of the Bewitchers partaking of a petit tipple!!!! Hic....
Grab a glass and join us.

Is this evidence of custard tactics being employed in the Startwirler camp?

Sorry, that's one of the few bits of Russian my wife & kids ever managed to get me to pick up, even after 3 years of marriage.

Ooh, can I join the party? I'll bring Baileys...

If you don't mind, I won't speak in French, though. I really don't like the language.
GlenP

Bruce's Wig seems to have changed the language. Could be a plot to turn things round to Lilia; don't mind that at all.

Damn...someone has seen through my cunning plan...

Anyway there aren't any French dancers in the competition are there? So I thought I'd turn it round to a more useful language.

Aint complaining, just embarrassed at my inability to learn the language; my wife & step-daughter always collapsed in a heap when trying to teach me, as I couldn't pronounce anything remotely correctly.

Mind you, I've lived in Bolton for 28 years & can still struggle with the local accent.

I do sometimes wonder if Lilia ever struggles with that of the Yorkshire folk, in Sheffield.

Custard Tactics, what do you take me for young man

Hey absolutley blantant custard tactics all round, no harm in trying, (even though I know I'll only ever see Ian in my dreams and on TV)!!!!!

Tres Bon

LOL! Now we might have to start referring to them as "Les tactiques de la creme Anglaise".

Interesting thought that: marshmallow on a stick/fork & dip it in the custard. Could be a whole new taste explosion.
