I was listening to Kate earlier and she and Time agreed there was only one way that in a house of five housemates, two go up for eviction. After racking my brain in the manner of Jade (!), I guess that means:

Jonny, Kate and Jade ALL voted for Alex and Tim

Tim and Alex voted for Jonny and Jade.

Jonny, Jade and Kate nominated Alex and Tim, or Tim nominated Alex when Kate, Jonny or Jade didn't. I think!

That's because after Tim was announced Kate (and probabely Jonny and Jade) realised that there will be no more names to be called, i.e only 2 up for nomination means that it would be obvious who nominated who and thus and thus Kate would have surely felt that she betrayed herself. I think Kate thought that there will be more than 2 nominated in which case no one would suspect that she nominated Tim and Alex.

When Jade, Jonny & Kate were all chatting in the garden, it was obvious that they had all nominated Alex & Tim, and they all knew it.

And Alex was not gutted because he was nominated, he was expecting it. He was p*ssed off that all 3 had obviously nominated Tim over Jade when they apparently had no problem with him.

Alex voted for Jade & Jonny, and believes that Tim did the same as he doesn't know exactly how much Tim dislikes Kate, but he probably voted Jade & Kate again.

Kate MUST have voted for Tim and Alex.. if you think abou it, she was telling everyone something like: 'there's only 1 way the votes could have gone for 2 to be up, that is if we all voted for the 2 who are up.' She wouldn't believe that if she had voted for Jade now would she??

In justifying her nomination of Tim - "the others want to stay in the house more" - it then occured to her the second nomination would be one of the others, hence the sheepish nomination of Alex.

I don't recall her exact words, but basically she said he needed to lighten up a bit.
