OLED screen availabilty?

Has anyone seen any news on when OLED panels are likely to hit the shops?

Samsung demonstrated 21" and then 40" prototypes at trade shows earlier this year, so with that pace of developement they shouldn't be too far from production. Any idea when I can go and blow all my cash on these things?

There was a piece on The Gadget Show last week about this, apparently they won't be out for years, currently the screens only last about 1000 hours, so there is a lot of work to be done. I wouldn't hold your breathe anyway.
