Bought this from Currys last week in the sale, £79.99 (half price) and when I start it up after a few minutes it says the battery is low and then turns itself off.
This happens even if it's been charged up.Then when I turn it on again it seems to work fine and shows that the battery is full.
Has this happened to anyone else,I'll probably take it back tommorow but as I've had it only 8 days can I get a refund or do Currys have to fix it for you?
Thanks

the products faulty - a bad battery can happen to anything like that, take it back and get a replacement if you like your player - you should have had enough time to get to grips with it ( even if its conected to a mains lead) if you dont like it then your entitled to a refund.

Currys will refund or replace with in the first 28days - it's up to you. After that it may get sent for repair depending on the product. (Not affecting your statuatory rights of course )
