Anyone recently ordered from dvdboxoffice.com and experienced quite a delay between ordering and shipping?
I have used this site regularly for the last year but have noticed in the last month that they are nowhere near as quick as they used to be in terms of receiving your order and shipping it to you. Could they be victims of their success?

They also no longer seem to respond to emails. If only we could cancel our orders online.

I would be interested to hear of anyone that has received anything from them recently.

Received word from DVD Box Office today that my order was shipped yesterday so maybe they are experiencing some stock shortages or something. As for the online cancellation it is a service that would be very useful if they chose to offer it like Amazon do. I think the problem is that they use another company to ensure a secure connection/server for entering credit card details.
