I've noticed over the past few weeks some people criticising Sharon alot in various threads...eg "The I hate Sharon Thread", "Sharon should go" etc etc.

I find it hard to believe that, sat next to 2 of the worlds biggest ego's including herself, she is the subject of such intense criticism.

I've always liked Sharon. Havent always agreed with her decisions and sometimes her attitude stinks, but to nick someone elses phrase, "Sometimes we are all like that".

I've been a big fan of Ozzy for years. Since I started playing drums and struggled with The Wizard and its intricate off beats, equally I struggled to understand why a woman would stay married to him and his habits, she must be a little mad and a tough woman, something which I like alot.

I think what I like about Sharon is that she is intelligent and crude. Its not a combination you often see. Here is a woman, not afraid to use the C word during conversation with people she has literally just met, and yet, her mind is very focused and her business sense is amazing. She is ruthless. She has boll***s and isnt afraid to say stuff on TV that most people wouldnt say in the first place, let alone say it to the face of the person on a live show. And she is witty and clever with her put downs.

So this is why I like Sharon.

Having said that, I wouldnt change he judging panel at all. Although, if VB does join, I cant wait to see her face when Sharon lets rip with some expletives. Should be interesting viewing!

What does anyone else think?

I think Sharon is the most inspirational person.
She beat colon cancer ; is a great mum; cares about animals; funny; glamourous and most of all FABULOUS

I agree with both of you entirely.
Sharon is lovely, and has been through such a lot.

It's a shame other people can't see her in that light, but each to their own

I love her .... she is amazing, funny and genuine. Yes she makes mistakes but will always admit it and like's been said - we all make mistakes. The show would be very dull without her. After everything she's been through it's a miracle she's still smiling - don't think I would be. She is an inspiration and i'm sooo glad she's co-hosting the royal variety show tomorrow night - a double dose of sharon this weekend. Sharon - you go girl, your fabulous

Sometimes her attitude does stink but to overcome what she has in her life and still come off appearing wonderful most of the time, it emphasises her FABULOUSness!

Yet you care enough to enter her appreciation thread

I love Sharon too, it would be nice to keep this for her fans but obviously that isn't going to happen.

she's wonderful. she's been through more than almost anyone ive ever met, and shes still got a sense of humour. shes also a wonderful mother - her kids have a great deal of inner strength. i know a few people who know jack through climbing and all ive heard are great things about what a sound lad he is - sharon has to take credit for a lot of that.

i havent been on DS much recently, but ive noticed anti-sharon threads on the x factor forum and i havent even bothered to click on them. im sure shes got her faults, as have we all. but shes an inspiration to many people, including me.

hey, not sure about those arse-slapping asda ads though

I like her very much too. I had never heard of her before the X Factor, and hardly heard of Ozzy, not my scene at all, so I had no preconceived ideas of her at all. I have found her to be funny, caring, loyal, and she loves dogs, which makes her okay with me! She is the type of person I would love to have as a friend.

That, I'm afraid, depends entirely on the extent of your intellect.

Oh dear, actually based on your first comment, thats less succinct, although slightly repetitive.

Is there someone I can call for you?

Anyone as long as it's not Osbourne with a glass of water.
Have I offended you personally by the way

Definition of Succinct......concise, brief, short, terse, to the point. So I agree with you...Less succinct
