I ran Norton anti-virus yesterday and it has picked up 1 virus called 'Trojan'. I've tried removing it through Norton but it wont do anything with it!!!

Does anyone know how I should remove this pest??

Any help is extremely appreciated!!!!

I think that when norton informed you of this, it was probably informing you that you have a trojan, probably in one of your internet temporary files.

I would first delete your temporary internet files, by opening internet explorer, which is already open if you are reading this, choose Internet Options from the Tools menu, ensure the "General" tab is selected, and click on the "Delete Files" button under the section "Temporary Internet Files".

The run your anti-virus scanner again, and if it still detects the trojan, try to see if it mentions the trojan name. If it does, try going to Symantecs or Nortons website, and see if there is a trojan remover for that specific trojan.

I hope this has been of some help to you.
