The adrenaline thing is bang on. Wish they did a behind-the-scenes thing with tears and hugs and more letting-it-rip-style boogie woogies...? Ah, but I'm demanding when it comes to Strictly.....

Am loving the idea of letting it rip style boogie woogies. Would be happy with reaction - there's never enough of that on the Monday ITT.... yes, I'm demanding too.

I've switched over to Extreme Makeover: Home Edition so I can have a good cry and get it all out of my system before bedtime.

Possibly but I still think it's a CONSPIRACY.....

Oh yeah- just discovered that show. It's terminal- every time I cry in some way.

But hopping back on topic...

Oh what an exciting show . I really wanted it to end after the first programme so I could live with the belief that they would all stay in and no one else would leave!

It was so emotional and you could feel the tension.

I think it will be better than the final as in a way these last three have all won and now it's just a matter of placing .

Thanks folks. Can't believe there's no dancing to watch now, I could watch another hour I think! I'll just have to go to bed. And EM:HE is a great excuse to get all my SCD-tension-tears out!!

The semi was really good tonight though - just wish they had gone with the Latin first and the ballroom second so everyone had ended on a high with their best dance (and positive judge's comments).
