My T-Mobile

how can i delete or change the account for My T-Mobile on their website so they cannot bother me (i am no longer a customer) and everytime i try to change anything it comes up with some system error

Hi,
If you are no longer a T-Mobile customer, your "My T-Mobile" profile will have deleted automatically.
(By the way, I KNOW this because I work for T-Mobile!)

Not necessarily as I had a mobile number which was brand new in a sim pack but i couldnt sign up to My T-Mobile as someone had used it 3 years ago and the account was still there so it took me ages to get it removed

Sorry, I stand corrected. What I meant was "the My T-Mobile profile is deactivated (not deleted)"
You're quite right in saying that if your mobile number is recycled (which it more likely will be) and the previous subscriber signed up for the My T-Mobile service, then it MAY be that the profile has not been deleted, therefore restricting the new owner from signing up. In such cases, Customer Services need to pass details onto Tech Support to get the profile deleted so the new owner can sign up.

Yeah they should be deleted or backed up elsewhere so that new users can use the service
