SKY branded 17"TV/DVD combo

Bought one of the above from SKy, but unable to get a code for SKY remote control. The product code is SLCD1701.
Any ideas who the manufacturer is, maybe use one of their codes. welcome any suggestions as to correct code, thanks in advance.

Report back with all info taken from the rear label such as if you see anything like "AK??" or "PT??"
