Hi guys,
im thinking of buying one & wondered if anyone here has got one & what do you think of it. Thanks |

i have a freind who has it and it has been a very good phone for him nothing has gon wong with it and you get 16mb memory

That's a good enough deal. Remember, you can actually add memery to it via transflash cards.
I just wish it had bluetooth or irda... |

There is no bluetooth or irda featured on this phone,still not a bad phone for the price though.Was going to get one from savers.The kept one by for me,then phoned me the next day to say that have it ready for me.Changed my mind though,have gone back on a new contract with 3.Should be getting my sony-ericsson k608i today. Hi mate im back again,i got rid of the dreaded sanyo.Savers is a bit like superdrug but without the prescriptions.I think they are the same company.Hope it helps. Quote:

cool buddy ill check it out! soz to hear u had probs with the sanyo dude - mine been cool - but am bored with it so on the look for the v975 altho i mite get the v980 on voda as an alternative too

i went to savers today, it turns out the motorola's are refubished stock the only had one left & it turned out to be faulty. All the others they had had been returned cuz they were faulty.i went to another shop & they were reconditioned & i went to the link who told me they had been discountinued. so i ended up buying a brand new nec e338

Gone and got myself a sony-ericsson 608i on 3, on a years contract.My o2 contract ends the beginning of february. Quote:

fair enough - im thinkin of getting the voda model v980 - but the roker moto is now £109 at carphone so may get that

![]() I was in the vodafone store today & was told the v980 has been discontinued i went to several phone shops including two vodafone ones & none had any in stock but they are selling reconditioned ones on the vodafone website for £62.99 |

I took the nec back today cuz it was cheap & nasty iv not got the v975 which is slightly heavier but looks & feels better. |

my cousin has the v980 as a 2nd handset and he got it reconditioned via voda online i think its a choice btween that one and the moto roker which is in stock on most networks at cpw - chioces, choices!!!

Junk phone - steer well clear especially if its on 3!! A dog! It'll drop calls all over the place if you can make one to begin with.
Vodafone have a similar product (V980) which is useable as they have both GSM and 3G and switching is seamless between them. On PAYG they have it on their website for £62.99. For an extra £3 you get something useable! |

Iv only had the phone since this morning & what i can say is that the sound quality is better than my k608i & it also downloads stuff quicker .
