Registering
Hello,
I have a D500, I am on a yearly contract with Orange and every year they send me a new phone of my choice. This year they have sent me a D600 with a new sim card and a special offer tarrif, 500min any network, any planet, reduced rental. I don't want the new phone as I'm happy with my D500 so I'm giving it to a friend as a present, unlocked, I do however like the new tarrif. Orange's instructions are to register the new phone with the new sim card, but do I have to and should I?. Presuably the D600 sim will work in my D500 and vice versa. Can I keep using my D500 & sim and get the benifits of the new tarrif or do I have to register the new phone and sim to do so. Thanks Seacam |

Just put the new sim in your D500, and register it. It should work no hassle!!

Keep in mind that although you now own the D500, Orange still own the D600 until the end of your contract.
If you ever default on the contract they may want the phone back. |
