Oh how times have changed

15 months on, this is now my ranking...

1. Hollyoaks (Sensational turnaround)
2. Coronation Street (Definitely the most consistent)
3. EastEnders (I'm sad to say I haven't been genuinely fanatical about this show since the death of Dennis - He wasn't the be all and end all, it's just around that point it lost it's sparkle again)
4. Emmerdale (Retains it's position, I enjoy watching it)
5. Neighbours (Too much Timmins for my liking)
6. Home and Away (It's awful right now. There are only a handful of characters I'm interested in anymore - Morag, Alf, Sally, Kim, Rachel, Leah, Colleen & Irene)

...and I still remember Family Affairs fondly, even taking Pete's name as a tribute I miss it though

Pete Callan - I know what you mean, but on Monday's episode it won't be much about The Timmins as It will be about:

1. desperate housewives (not really a soap, but it is discussed on the soap forum)
2. the bill (not really a soap, but it is discussed on the soap forum.)
3. ee an corrie = joint

Although ee and corrie are at the bottom, i still rate them as very good soaps!

It is quite interesting to see how peoples minds change. It goes to show that one boring storyline, or a new but useless character etc can really damage a show, but a well acted gripping storyline, or a new outstanding character can really boost peoples opinions of it.

Only Neighbours, which I never miss. I'm a casual viewer of Home and Away which has suprised me in that it's not as crap as I always thought it was. Nice title sequence and pretty locations.

I never watch any UK Soaps. I can't imagine anything worse than staying in to watch EastEnders or Coronation Street. Hollyoaks is so appauling I can't even begin to describe. No thanks!

Well this may surprise a few....

1. Corrie (watch it every so often)
2. Eastenders (watch every episode and a bigger fan of)
3. Hollyoaks (watch it now and again)

1. Emmerdale - always dipped in and out but since the Tom King murder I'm hooked. Love Eric and Val and Belle Dingle especially.
2. Corrie - Can't drop it any further then position 2, only because I'm loyal to it, although it stopped being my number 1 after Mike's death. I love Sean, Eileen, Steve and Michelle.
3. Neighbours - Only when I'm off work, although my sister keeps me updated via text!
4. Casualty - waiting patiently for Harry to return and get it on with Selena!
5. The Bill - Smithy or Phil could arrest me anytime - and my dad is Tony Stamp's double!
