Mine has got to be Claudia's "swallow and carry on" followed by a mischevious "as I've often said before". This was on ITT two weeks ago.

The spouse has not seen me laugh so much for a long time. Thankfully sky plus allowed me to live pause it, rewind it several times and then save it . Must now get it burned on to DVD for posterity.

Claudia made me laugh tonight too, she was in fits of laughter just after speaking to the alternative panel tonight

I absolutely love the group training sessions.

The only one I remember properly is the salsa one because it's the only one the beeb have kindly put on their SCD site.
