Single LNB and HD
Will the HD box be Sky+ only?
That would mean people who lives in apartments getting their feed off a communal dish cannot get HD, well not to the fullest experience anyway. A sky+ box plugged into 1 lnb feed can have so much trouble with scheduled recordings. Wonder what sky marketing thinks of the typical early adopters? bachelor pad with plasmas on the wall? |

There will only be a SKY+ HD.
Reasons for this ate twofold, the first is SKY+ subscribers are far less likely to cancel and the integrated HDD unit is the only practical way to record HD broadcasts at their native resolution. I suspect they know exactly what the market is since it's probably indentical to those that bought SKY+ in the early years. |
