Which Network Has The Cheapest P.M H/S Prices

Does anyone know which network has the best pay monthly handset prices, i am looking for a contact which costs upto £25 a month, i am currently on U-Fix £15 which is not a good deal for me, i don't use a lot of minutes but mainly texts.

PS. I wouldn't mind an online contract if it was with a trusted network

For £25 a month most networks (well Vodafone, Orange and o2) would give you a free decent handset, just check out their websites for more info.
