Why is everyone having a go at him for winning ?

He has won and no matter how much people insult him he will still have won fair and square.

I know there are loads of JS fans on this forum but there is no need to say bad things about Shayne for winning.

Fair and square? Hardly

If tonight had been a boxing match, Andy would have won on a KO.

This show was never about talent ... even during the audition stages

It always happens to the winner sadly. Wait til the 3am girls and the rest of the trashy tabloids start on him!

It was a fix from the start.Shayne was always the chosen one.

I don't care less because i liked all the finalists, but what pisses me off is teenage girls voting because he is fit and when it comes to buying the thrid single they wont bother.

Only vote if your loyal.,

Anyway Brenda and Chico are gonna do the best out of this.

How can you say he didnt win fairly ?
If they rigged the voting ITV would lose their lisence!

Shayne is an average singer and without the falsetto he is so bland, I forget that I have stopped listening and am doing something else. He is good looking and that is why he won.

People are just annoyed their favourite didn't win..Mine didn't either, Brenda was knocked out last week, I think Shayne deserved to win though, he was the best tonight, and that's waht counts

What negativity? People have the right to say they didn't want him to win.

its all about freedom of choice - and some of us genuinely don't appreciate his so called 'talent'.

there are fans, and the not fans

it is allowed you know - and very simple when you think about it

I don't even know why so many people find him so good looking, to me he is just ok looking, i doubt id look at him twice if i saw him at the pub.

Yes, why the sour grapes? Good luck to him - he won fair and square. It could have gone any way tonight. Andy was the biggest surprise considering the bookies had him at 8-1.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought this froum was for us to express our opinions! Just like those who say Shayne is good, there are people who are going to disagree. You can't expect everybody to agree with you, how dull would that be? It isn't sour grapes!

Nice post and nice to read that. Some people wouldn't admit that!

I agree, I wanted JS to win, but all three gave incredible performances tonight and Shayne is a worthy winner IMO.

Well my fave went out last week and i would have been happy to see Andy or Shayne win. I just dont see why people have to say that he only won because of his looks when he obviously won because he was the best on the night.

Apart from The Darkness Shayne lacks passion constantly. I really don't get it and I don't mean to be negative.

I am only commenting on the performances.

Of course, being the best on the night is subjective. I don't like Shayne, Andy or Journey South at all but they were all at their best tonight. Surely great entertainment if you support one of the 3.

And why does it have to be sour grapes? Maybe his fans should grow up and accept that not everybody likes Shayne, no needs to throw a tantrum every time u see a negative comment about him

Why blame the JS fans in particular??? Have you any proof it's JS fans doing it? What about the Brenda fans, the Andy fans, the Chico fans? Leave JS fans alone, you!
