I must be rather distracted because I missed the Ian slipping bit too and I didn't take note of them running straight off.

He slipped on the fan that zoe had at the beginning of the routine that she threw away.

As to why she dragged him off to the audience... that is a mystery! But i don't think it was cos he slipped as she seemed to be leading him away. and as he is a professional i don't think he would hide away after falling.

He did slip, but he reacted to it in a very good hearted way, smiling all over his face.

It wasn't that obvious. I actually had to rewind it just to make sure he did slip- I guess it was due to the camera angle and he was running during that part of the dance- then he suddenly slipped. But he did get up straight away, as you would expect from a pro.

So why did they run off after the dance??? From Brucie's reaction, it was unscripted!

I don't blame Zoe for dashing off. To be made to do your dance even though you know you've lost must be bad enough. But to then have to stand in front of the judges listening to them fawn over you, knowing it doesn't make a jot of difference, would be hard to cope with. I too would have bolted.

She wasn't supposed to go to the judges; Bruce wasn't standing at the judges pit, he was up in the seats doing a link to camera.

Zoe ran off to see her mum and dad, that was all. She didn't bolt.

She did take off like a whippet out of a trap though didn't she? I noticed the slip too, but I thought he fell over a camera.

yea i assumed zoe had gone to find a friend or family member in the audience.

Or even her husband - he was there.

I think she just went to see friends/family etc, or maybe she'd seen the rehersals of Colin and Erin's showdance wanted to hide

No idea why they left the dancefloor so quick though?

Didn't she run out to go see her family as she had just got kicked out and at the end of normal shows when ppl get kicked out they see their family.

It was so funny but he continued on perfectly and nobody cared. I think she was just running to see family and friends. She took her defeat well I think she knew she just didnt have enough of the public on her side

surely it was a live show and the thing had to keep rolling - that side seems to have had exits judging by the group dances. Once again it seems like the Zoe bashers want their pund of flesh (no i didn't vote for her). no doubt they went back to the dressing room with family as Norman wasn't sitting next to Denise for the other's show dances. They must opperate an Oscar style seat actors! Also how could you not miss the slip (was it the only one in the entire series?) and bless Ian for not letting it effect him - but he does need to lose the Mullet!

i think zoe may have ben going to see her dad perhaps and maybe zoe and ian didnt realise bruce was gna talk to them ....,maybe?!

Well whatever happened that last dance of theirs was fantastic!one of the best ever. I wasn't zoe's biggest fan but she was an incredibly good dancer.
