If you are on Pay Monthly then you can call 0800 079 5000 (Freephone) to speak to Customer Services.

If you are on Pay as you go then call 07973 100 450 - Calls are charged at Mobile Rates by the phone provider.

Save yourself the phone call. You can unlock your phone and access the PUK code you need for free online from the Orange Website.

Simply register for "your account" at orange.co.uk , click on the "unblock your phone" link and then click "Get PUK1".

Only do this if you have already registered for the online service, as if you are a new user they send a confirmation security code to the phone to verify its you. Not much use when you cant get into the phone in the first place.

Would be good if they had something like Vodafone do an automated service that gives the PUK Code over the phone.
