I don't think a lot of Ronnie either. She's a bit too smarmy and unlikeable. The storyline does have potential however and we may as well keep hopes high for it as she's got a year contract
I am looking forward to the Emily/Ed storyline as I have no idea how she will cope
I'm not expecting anything worthwhile to come from Charlie and Tracy. Villains work best when they integrate with the innocents. How can two villains together work as well? They'll find it hard hurting eachother for sure and the effect on the viewers will be less than compassionate if they do. I think the Shelley storyline should have ended on an oomf and got Charlie out then because there is certainly no point in him sticking around. While I'm not a fan of Tracy at least she has more than a crummy building business to keep her in the area.
I'll say again that I think they've wasted an opportunity for the exit of Sunita. If they want to bring a villain back onto the scene (in physical form OR atmosphere) then it should have been maya as opposed to Hillman. Ideal way of getting rid of Sunita and perhaps also forming an exit for maya which she wasn't properly given. As far as I'm concerned there was insufficient closure for her.
As for the twins I see no point in either of them. I don't think they should be given an exit at all. Just go away, both of you! I am glad, however at the decision to keep Janice in the show. She does make me laugh and I always thought it was a poor choice of character to axe. There is plenty of other deadwood to wash out
The Baldwins: I have no doubt that they will be the centre of much of the year. I am looking forward to the Mike storyline but, while I do like Frankie, I hope against hope they take this Jamie attraction thing no further.
And matt...no don't bring him back! Just get rid of Claire and Ashley! Seriously!
And I hope Sally continues to develop in the fine way she has done in the past two years! SHe's turning into one of the best characters in the show!
