Journey South or G4
Pointless exercise I know, as they're completely different, but both were the last groups standing.
Who do you prefer? |

Your not being serious are you?
Well.... since Brenda left i wanted J.S to win... and since Rowetta left i wanted G4 to win.... Hard one but i'll go for G4 since i got both albums.. and they are totally different so how can you compare? |

If this is a pointless exercise then why did you start the thread in the first place?
Neither of them appealed to me to any great extent, but as a group I felt Journey South sounded better together than G4 did. |

I think it's pointless as they're both so different.
I compared Andy & Steve as they both sang the same styles and often the same songs. I prefer Journey South as it's more my style of music, but G4 are great at what they do and have success that will be hard to beat. |

I'd be more likely to buy a JS album but I still think G4 are good even though I find the little blond one a bit irritating.
The plus side of both these acts is that they are at least different to most of what is around at the moment. |

Well, they were both the runners up in the X Factor so there is a similarity. I prefer Journey South only because I don't like G4's style of music but if I'm honest I can't see Journey South having the same success G4 have had.

Well as Journey South were one of my favourites and I didn't like G4 in the slightest it's an easy decision for me.

They are both appauling jokes that were never funny. Jon from G4 is the most irritating person that has ever poisioned my TV screen and Journey South are as fake as Sharon's face.

Quite a pointless question, G4 have proved themselves with there second album out, and a very successful first debut album - we have yet to see how long Journey South will last ?????

G4 most definately, However, I don't like the way Jon has been sounding of late, he's getting decidedly naselly with each pop song that he does.

No contest js by miles. I would certainly buy their album and attend gigs and concerts.
G4 no way their obnoxious lead singer jonathan really got up my nose in the x factor , in the last few weeks he did everything he could to pull in the sympathy vote, lost his voice, his mother was ill, crying on stage on cue, yuk. he really went all out for it. I havnt bought their album and wouldnt after that fiasco. cant stand them. journey south all the way good luck. Nice lads as well |

JS it has to be for me.. as I love soft rock they are two different to compare and actually the last act still standing was ANDY... love his voice.. G4 yes I have the ablum.. but JS are for me a mile away genre wise and talent wise on another level.. if you are a JS fan check out my name at the side try the url there... if you are not please do not bother.....

Like them both, but prefer JS.
I have noticed a distinct absence of G4 popping up on this thread to object to this harmless comparison and berate the OP!
