To me she is one of the best characters in the show, far better than Captain Jack, much as I loved him.

She could possibly appear in Torchwood don't you think?

Seems plausible ... and the use and the UK getting 'Torchwood' could be explained

Or like some ex PM's she could end up in the House of Lords or take up some advisory position with an organisation like...Torchwood!

Didn't the doctor say in WW3, when he recognised her that she was PM for three Terms?

I thought that too and she must survive the vote of no confidence but someone else was saying that on the TCI commentary RTD states that Harriet will return but not as PM.
