So taking into account we now have some dates do you think it's possible you have any clips of the Caesar show on Talk Radio UK timbo?, I would love some if you have. When I think back to all the times I was sat in my computer room in the old house where we lived before and I had chance to set the audio recorder going which was sat right next to my AM radio I could have recorded hours of it but I never thought about it at the time much. I think I did record a few odd bits of the show but they are long lost now what a shame.
Surely someone out there still has bits and pieces of this show, it was so popular at the time people surely must have recorded it even if you find out you didn't, have a shifty round and see if you can root any of it out in your collection.

There seemed to be a lot of presenters working there nowradio lol, I was surprised when they just kept coming on, but like I say I thought every single one sounded really good. In fact if you want to know the honest truth I will tell you what I was thinking, I was thinking these guys are a load better than the bloody rubbish I listen to on the channels I listen to now and they're with the so-called "big" stations.

At least Ive got a date now, I must have 1995 tapes around
here somewhere....

I remember seeing the Geezer on a half hour show on BB C 2 just stood in a studio taking calls.....

Well thats kind of you to say Billy244. I ran the station with a pal of mine and we had a good few years of training running some weekend only stations in London in the 10 years before Skyline so we were confident about what we were doing. I consider we were blessed with the people who came to join us and present programs all day every day for us. Some made it through to paid radio but mostly they were just happy to get on with the job. At the point that we made the video the standard of presenter was in my opinion as good as many legal local radio stations but it took time to get it there. Caesar (Chris) was a club dj when it all started and was pretty poor at radio but we stuck with him because we felt that he had great potential and before long he was presenting to one of our largest audiences over the weekends. I am in regular touch with him and we remain firm friends to this day.

Hey timbo I fully appreciate digging through loads of old audio tapes to find something in particular is not a quick easy job done overnight so no pressure mate it don't matter of it takes months on and off to suit you. If we're lucky we're lucky, if not well we've tried. (well you've tried and I thank you)

What a wonderful story and great memories for you, I hope all the other guys (and the lady presenter and lady newsreader) all see your YouTube clip for they would surely all be really pleased at seeing it all from all those years ago. Did you get into the radio business in any capacity after the station closed nowradio?, I hope so and you made a successful career for yourself.

Heck I didn't know that about David Dickenson timbo, you learn something new every day on here.

I was on Thames Radio which became the legal Radio Jackie to help out for a while when it was licenced but I have never had the inclination to make a living in broadcasting. Too many rules and regs for me. Just pleased for those who wanted to be broadcasters and were able to use Skyline as the springboard on the journey there. Great to have the film on Youtube for all to see as well.

No worries mate it's just I had loads of issues with it, as did an online friend so we both packed in with it and moved to Zippyshare where neither of us has encountered any further problems since. I still have a loads of files stored in 4Shared and have just chosen one at random a minute ago, ... it wouldn't play.

So maybe it's something connected to my end here, no matter yours is working fine so please just forget anything I said before.

Just tried the Dickin clip you've posted and IT WORKS with no problem at all and this confuses me even more, in what format are your files in 4Shared timbo?, maybe it's somefink to do with that.

On Mike Dickin I can't lie, when he was alive there were times I couldn't stand him but as time has gone on, and considering the complete trash now on the station where he worked up until his tragic accident and death I now often wish he was back.

Must be mp3 .... I use audacity ... free software.... get a feed from my music centre and record audio in there.
