Coroantion Street's Audery Roberts is to sell off her salon. She tells her family that she she has had enough and is selling up. This doesnt mean she is leaving. Just selling up. Hopefully that way she will get story's that doesnt involve the salon and Maria.

Not sure about this to be honest, wasn't it Alma that left Audrey the salon?

It doesn't sound bad or anything though it just sounds so minor, I wonder what the character will do without the salon? IMO it was the only reason she was coming to the street so much considering she lives away somewhere and she's hardly likely to be spending so much time with Gail and the kids when they're at work and school is she? Still there's always Keith I suppose

Audrey needs much more exciting storylines than Keith.

This is quite good news and hopefully paving the way for a strong new female character. perhaps this is the one Gemma Atkinson auditioned for?

What a great idea, that is a good sign and will instantly give the show a new dynamic. Just as long as the awful Ronnie doesnt buy it with her husbands dosh. If someone new takes over it can pave the way for Marias exit and have someone who makes Sarah Lou's life hell. Always a bonus

Hmm, I like the idea to Audrey selling her salon and presumably retiring but what will be there in place of it?
