If your on an o2 contact your usually tied to them for either 12 or 18moths depending on your contract.

Contact o2 customer services and get your PAC number. If you've fullfilled your 12 / 18month contract with o2 this shouldn't be an issue. If not you may have to pay off the remainder of your contract. (ie: the remaining months line rental - Not advised though)

If you dont want the orange handset, just get what ever they are offering for free on your selected tarrif. Then give orange customer services the PAC number you got from o2. They will take care of the rest. It will probably take 7days to port the number across.

After the hassle I've had with Orange over the last few weeks, I'd stay with o2 if I were you. Orange are not the bright young thing that I used to remember.

Why not move to Vodafone and get FREE sky mobile TV until February?

Well after that it's £5 per mix pack. Vodafone is a good provider even without the mobile tv you should try it anyway.

if you move over to a new network choose a phone you can get with the new tariff for free and sell it on ebay or something to make some money
