Aiming to strengthen their positions within the rapidly evolving VoIP (Voice over IP) market, German-based Betamax GmbH & Co.Kg and Finarea SA from Switzerlands today signed a letter of intent that outlines a far-reaching cooperation on VoIP activities. "We have sought and found a partner for our Voip activities", managing director Thomas Star from Betamax commented. "By obtaining a license to integrate Finarea Voip Solutions we have formed a pact which should enable us to succesfully penetrate the VoIP market in 2006".
With the signing of the letter of intent the road is open for Betamax to launch various VoIP products for the european market. The first rollouts are expected in t he first months of 2006.
