I registered for a number thinking that I would get the choise of UK area codes, but it automaticly assigned me a london number. I don't want one of these, so do you think if I contact the company, they will delete that number from my account?
I am also having problems disconnecting calls made via my sipdiscount account. If I call someone any they do not answer I hang up, but their phone keeps ringing and ringing! When they answer it, all they hear is silence. Even if a call does connect, it doesn't always disconnect as soon as I hang up. This can result in the person who I called being unsable to use their line for a minute after I have finnished talking to them. Anyone else had this problem? Paul. |

Has anyone been using SipDiscount this evening? I have experienced poor quality calls, with calls being dropped and hit & miss connections.

I've had a couple of dropped calls with their sister service VoIP Stunt last night.

SipDiscount et al
Do you suppose that the popularity of these providers, is now having an effect on their capacity to provide a reliable service. In other words, do they have enough of an infrastructure to cope?

Has anyone ever contacted sipdiscount's customer services and if so, have they ever had a reply?
Paul. |
