Your bill with who?

If you mean Bulldog, then NO.

If you mean will VoIP Stunt bill you, then yes if you make chargeable calls, but this will come out of your credit.

I've been using their sister services for around 9 months now - free calls are great!

No, AOL bill you for unlimited use broadband. What you do with your connection is up to you. They would have no idea who or where you were calling, so couldn't bill you even if they wanted. Your voice is being turned into data packets and going over the internet just like any other data, you aren't charged for other data other than your monthly subscription. Same as when you download MP3s or video files.

What they could try and do, but wouldn't be allowed to do by OFCOM is add so much jitter to VoIP packets that the VoIP service would become useless.
