You're dreaming if you don't realize Kate has it sewn up

Had Kate, having teamed up with Jonny, not made such an effort to play up to the camera I don't think she would be in a position to win. Strip away the layers of wannabe actress and you are left with an average looking girl of average intelligence that has very little depth to her character.

Kate has become popular with the public through her sheer determination to be acknowledged. It is no secret that Kate would like to 'tread the boards' and entering the house has given her an excellent opportunity to show herself off to the nation and possibly get noticed. I don't think the 'real' Kate has anything to offer and what we have witnessed is nine weeks of self-advertising. She has treated the entire Big Brother experience as an audition.

Although I have found the actress in her to be tedious, repetitive and unimaginative other have not, a vote for Kate is taking the reality out of the 'reality TV gameshow'. They may as well have dragged in an accomplished actress, given her a false identity and explained the type of character they wished her to portray.

Apparently inside information suggests she has an unassailable lead already ... so if you were going to vote for her saye your money.

It's all about who comes last now. That is too close to call

Rennie, I'd just like to say that although I don't post here that often, I have noticed your posts, because you always talk such sense!

Hee hee, I think that means - you usually agree with me!

I think Kate has to be the hot favourite to win tonight and she has grown on me ten fold since coming into the house. However I'd still prefer Alex or even Jade to win as I've found Kate unoffensive but oh so bland. I think this has been due to her comedy partnership with Jonny which has become so sodding repetative.

Alex and Jade have been constants in the house - constantly irritating with flashes of entertainment and good nature in both of them and that's what made it compulsive viewing for me. If it had just been kate and Jonny I'd have turned off weeks ago - heard one 'Day 36 and the housemates' impression, you've heard them all.

Give it to Alex or Jade they made the show!

Rennie great post - i agree with every word

8.15pm and the latest Betfair odds have changed massively.
Kate was a favourite all through last week but Alex and Jade were catching her fast.

Right now Kate is a red hot favourite and Alex has drifted out, followed by Jade with Jonny miles behind.

Looks like a foregone conclusion and I suspect BBLB's '4% between them' claim is utter dishonest crap.

We'll soon see....

Well done BristolSimon, your prediction was almost spot on.

Thank you DM, but I had seriously underestimated the extent to which Jonny's support would hold up.

I'm sure that the voting between Jade, Jonny and Alex at the time of the first eviction, and especially between Jonny and Alex at the time of the second eviction was very close (not that C4 have released these figures).

Still that tells me which online polls can be trusted next year and which should be avoided!

It also tells me that Jonny fans were much less likely to have a computer (or at least take part in online polls) than other people. This would tend to suggest that they were slightly older than the average voter.

I think Alex fans were far more likely to take part in online polls, which I'm guessing means that they were slightly younger than the average voter. The Freeserve poll for instance had him challenging Kate with Jonny well behind.

Is there any correlation between intelligence and computer usage? I'm sure we all think there is!
