Online bill
I went online to look at my BT bill so it gives me the total amount. There was a bit that said download calls which I clicked, and it then said download CVS or download Zip so I downloaded the Zip, opened it and then it says CVS file. Then the computer tells me it can't open it. So this gives me my itemised calls I presume but I can't see them. I thought the Zip would have given me something readable not said CVS file. I seem to be going round in circles.
Any advice appreciated. |

It's probably a comma-separated spreadsheet. Excel ( loadsa money) or OpenOffice (free) should be able to open it.

I suppose it's BT's idea of consumer friendly bills. Use a system that Windows doesn't recognise.
I should have said CSV not CVS which is a US drugstore.

CSV is a standard file used in spreadsheats. Comma Separated Values (file).
