Very OT I know but WTH.
That argument is older than a.... a..... it's very old and also very wrong. A choice not to vote does not mean said person has no further right to air their view. They still make a choice regardless of not choosing 'any of the above'. Spoiling of ballot papers is no different and no more effective. It simply means said person finds none of the choices an acceptable one. Freedom of choice and tht 'Right To Vote' is what those people died for, they did not give up their life in order to force people to choose between one or the other.
