If you want to get involved with democracy and how the Country is run get involved in politics.

Thankyou.

OUCH!!!!!!!!! Well that told me didn't it?

Allow me to retort:

1) I'm not an Alex-lover
2) Not 'kicking anyone in the nuts' - just having a very light-hearted pop at him (you?) If me taking a pop is 'kicking in the nuts' then you've been very lucky so far in life. I'm about as threatening as a dead sheep (to coin a phrase).
3) I don't belong to any 'group' of people, especially not weirdo's (sic)
4) Why am I like what? I suspect your attributing a whole bunch of character traits to me that you have no reason to suppose I really have. Jeez ... I make one post and suddenly I'm the Antichrist???
5) LIghten the hell up It's the last day!!!!!!!!!!!! We should all be playing Mousetrap or Buckaroo.

Apologies if you are truly deeply upset and offended by my post.

I've yet to meet anyone who actually played Mousetrap ... all I ever did was build the groovy assault course thing and set the ball-bearing going.

For years I didn't even know there was a board game involved ... I just though it was a sub-Lego engineering toy

Not really Nuggie.

It felt like 50 quid down the drain by week 2 after she started slagging off Kate and Spencer looked untouchable so to make it to the last 4 is a bonus (even though i get nothing).

I remember being angry and annoyed after the psychologist told her the score but then i realised this could be the turning point for her.

Can I play? I'm bored of being serious now. (fingers in ears, "I'm not listening, la la la")

I'm not implying you are!

I just don't think this show represents anything else apart from entertainment. Just because for Jade wins for example, doesn't mean the whole Country will be calling each other a chipstick for the next 10 years or so!

Oh and i dont know what i want more, Jade to win or Jonny not too. Seriously BB3 is over for me the second/if Davina says, ".........Jonnny!!!".

Fair enough ... I think to be fair to the thread it had gone quite a long way away from BB and so we were actually being a lot less pretentious than it might have appeared. I hope.

Maybe you’d like to expand your twisted views further and find everyone who didn’t vote in the last general election and deny them a right to a voice also.

Hey, called me twisted, but IMO anyone who chose not to vote in the last general election has no right whatsoever to a voice with regards to how this country is run.

Consider those who died to maintain democracy.
”

Very OT I know but WTH.

That argument is older than a.... a..... it's very old and also very wrong. A choice not to vote does not mean said person has no further right to air their view. They still make a choice regardless of not choosing 'any of the above'. Spoiling of ballot papers is no different and no more effective. It simply means said person finds none of the choices an acceptable one. Freedom of choice and tht 'Right To Vote' is what those people died for, they did not give up their life in order to force people to choose between one or the other.

Back on topic (Sorry Mr and Mrs Mods )

This year I will be mostly voting for......

none of them, I can't think of one that 'Really derserves it'.

Have to point out that

Wasn’t. Two opposing points of views seem to have been fused together in one quote.

True but reading the whole thread first would save me an awful lot of typing, save me from looking like a Tit and possibly RSI. Can I sue DS for the RSI?

Isn't that a bit like saying that I can't support a football team unless I'm the manager and can pick the team? I can engage with and enjoy BB without voting

It doesn't have to be interactive TV for everyone ... as long as it is for some ...
