Sony KD32NX100 S'ware Version

Hi Guys

I've had the above TV set for about 4 yrs now but only recently decieded to upgrade the naff aerial that was on the roof.

Now i have the digital tuner working it keeps crashing especially when in the EPG.

The s'ware version is: r0.31
and Loader is: v1.01

These obviously have never been updated and i am wondering how i can do this. I have been waiting for the last 4 months for an update to be broadcast and have been checking the DTG website but its always PVR updates

I think you will be waiting a long time. Sony seem to have dropped all ongoing resposibility for their future-proof TV sets.

Your problem may be to do with the Sony only supporting two digit channel numbers and cannot cope now the channels have been rejigged to have some three digit numbers.

Search around the forums for the work-around. This has been well documented and long discussed.

I only notice last week but the version has now gone up to 4.10. Only took the lasy people at sony 2.5 years for a update from the last version.
