Just my humble opinion but I thought I'd put my tuppence worth in. I'm disappointed Alex or Jade didn't win, far more three dimensional characters than Kate. Never liked Kate from the beginning. Still at least I know now what I'm doing wrong, if you want to win a lot of money go on a game show, drink a lot, throw up a lot, put on lots of silly voices and flirt with all the men....hey it worked for Kate!!!!

I am disappointed in the result too, and I never liked her either. In fact I like her even less after the eviction interview.

LK - thinks about doing the lottery tomorrow. I might win more and I would have to do any of the above stunts. I would also put an X in the box for no publicity

So far as I am concerned, Jade was the winner tonight - I thought she was stunning, astute, loveable, and utterly herself.

I've never warmed to Kate - good luck to her but I think I'll have forgotten her in two weeks time.

Kate is a boring, bland shitbag who doesn't like being a girl (total traitor to her sex - winning it for the girls, my arse!!), and is horribly false, manipulative and selfish. Can't stand her. She has no personality - only mimics other people because she is EMPTY. Bland, crappy, pappy shite. Typical that the great British public can't bear anything or anyone unconventional, different. Kate won because she is NOTHING, and that's clearly all that people want - someone they see as 'normal'. Pathetic really.
Her runner-up mate Jonny is a false, oafish **** whose life will implode because nothing will live up to his "experience" in the BB house.

Jade was a total star tonight - Alex was stunned and humble and Davina cocked up his interview because there was TOO MUCH to ask, and she couldn't do it, so didn't bother, to ensure he didn't overshadow the boring duo left in the house with their crappy, drunken-falls highlights packages. He clearly hated the whole thing - embarrassing all round (God love the bastard!).

(Glad to be bitter ... really, really, really don't care about being pissed at this. Proud to be an Alex fan who doesn't want to take this result gracefully, even though I knew it was coming because most people - let's face it - are dull, small-minded ***** and hate originality).

This whole "first girl" is irrelevant. Who cares what sex the winner is?

Compared to some of the other housemates - Alex and Jade for example - Kate just seems completely drab and a non-entity. All she seemed to do was cry, drink, fall down, do poor impressions and flirt with Alex and Spencer. In a few weeks' time, I'm going to be hard pressed to remember anything she did.

I do feel that the wrong person won. Kate was neither interesting or entertaining. Perhaps it sums up our culture: the "attractive" girl wins. I wonder how many votes she would have got if she wasn't so attractive.

A far more worthy winner would have been Jade. She had a poorer upbringing compared to the rest of them and would have deserved the money far more and probably used it better (bought stuff for her mum and so on). Kate will probably waste it all on booze and other frivolities.

Generally, BB3 has been great. It's a shame it had to end like this.

The problem being that Alex 'fans' loved him from the word go - blinded by what some found his attractive physical appearance, and have steadfastly refused throughout the whole run to see one single flaw in his extremely flawed persona. The next few weeks will show how immature and shallow he truly is and anyone with a brain cell will realise it is a good thing he didn't win. I have been backing Kate all the way, simply on the grounds of what I saw (it's well documented on here so no point saying it all again). I was surprised that she won in the face of all the 'vote Alex he's fit' viewers, but she was in every way, the best and most deserving housemate for the title. How wealthy or otherwise she is , is immaterial. As it goes my daughter worked with her 2 years ago (I didn't fin it difficult at all not to mention it earlier) and she was not particularly well off, in fact she didn't go to uni due to lack of cash. Just get over it - Alex lost because he was not up to it

AND, if we're being really petty (which is always fun), Kate partly won because a) teenie girls thought, ooh, must look like that (blonde, slim, draped over blokes, acting like a 'geezer'-shit), and b) teenie boys realised they could translate the earnest pumping action of their 'kate' masturbatory actions into redials on their mobile phones. It is a pity but it has to be said - you Alex fans are so confrontational and downright rude about anyone who isn't Alex. some of you suddenly adore Jade and try to lump her in with the Alex thing - I don't think so, she's worth 50 of him. It is at the end of the day a gameshow in which we feel we are participating as we watch housemates as much as 24 hours a day. Just because you wanted Alex to win and were so sure he would after staying in after 3 nomination weeks, you have to slag off everyone else, particularly Kate. For all the reasons she is not your cup of tea, why be so puerile and full of venom. I suggest that it says far more about you than it does about her - neither Jonny nor Jade's fans are as vile as you lot - you're even arguing with the moderators!! 'Ave a word, grow up and get a sense of proportion - and those of you who have mentioned children in your arguments, if they belong to you I feel sorry for them. You're a nasty bunch, and if that's what it takes to be an Alex supporter for all the good it did you, I'm glad I don't know any.

Well, I'm very happy that Kate won, she was the fav in our household and amongst friends. Anyway, it was about time I backed a winner on Big Brother.

Many Alex fans are also male such as I.

And most Alex fans would agree that his ability to allow himself to show his flaws is a major factor involved in their like for him.

It's the same with many posts I've read from Jade's fans. They love it that she shows her flaws.

Most Jonny fans never admitted to him having flaws, even when the evidence came from Jonny's own mouth.
Come to think of it, most Jonny fans couldn't even illustrate his positive traits.

I don't really know what you mean by Alex wasn't up to it. I thought the idea was that you go into the house and at the end of ten weeks you leave it up to the public.

JJ, as a Jade supporter who chose Alex next, I must say I think their have been victriolic fan's on all sides not just Alex's. I also think the reason that many Alex fans also like Jade and visa versa, is they are a couple of eccsentrics which I find appealing.

Whilst Kate and Jonny who I'm sure are also very nice people but not my type, come across to me personally as middle of the road types.
