You guys were the two best in the BB house and you deserve the praise you are recieving.

We are especially happy with people who are Highly Emotionally Developed (Kate). You have triumphed in the face of adversity. You have ignored the plight of other Jealous housemates. Despite the odds stacked against you as a woman, you have become the first to win BB in this Country and it could not have happened to a nicer person.

I would say overall Kate was best, but I think Alex had more funny moments. Although Kate had THE funniest moment.

Why did Kate deserve to win? She was boring! Name one memorable thing she did that didn't involve "follow the van", crap impressions, getting drunk, flirting and falling down. If she wasn't so good looking, she'd never have won.

Kate won because she had attitude and joie de vivre. She went in to make friends and enjoy herself, which is exactly what she did. As she said, she had the time of her life and that came across. She didnt win on looks. On a straight comparison, Alex is a better looking man than Kate is a woman.
Alex could have walked it if he'd lightened up. He is a more interesting character, more quirky, more individual.......but most of the time he was a miserable, moaning git.
I guess people voted for those who enjoyed BB rather than those who didnt want to be there. Laughter is infectious.

Kate may not be a 'star' in the same way that Brian was, or Alex could have been (if he let himself go a little more), but she won fair and square and I for one am happy for her.

If you think that Kate is a hit with the British public you are mistaken. How many of the British public do you think voted? A very small percentage.

As for Kate being a star, that is a complete joke. She's a wannabe and will be forgotten about in a matter of months.

YES !!! Kate got her way and did it for Alison like she said she would! She is richer and so am I thanks to my bet on Kate winning. All the Jonny/Alison/Kate haters have lost. Good will always triumph over evil (Alex/Sandy/Adele/Spencer). Alison played a big part in Kate's success and I know she will be very proud of her best friend and of Jonny too. I am glad that Kate was thinking of Alison right up to the end when she told Jonny to remember to say hello from her to Alison as he was leaving the house. Kate is a genuine girl and always liked Alison best. She is true to her word and will keep in touch with Alison. Her family (Dad and sister Karen) have already talked about how much they like Alison. Kate was the first ever female BB winner as I predicted and she deserves it. Jealous Alex and Adele are the real losers. Well done ALISON, KATE and JONNY.

Ok - first point - How long did Alison and Kate actually know each other?? Have you never been on holiday and get into the company of others and had a fab time only to come home and never get in touch again? What about a holiday romance? These were people who toucched each others lives for a matter of days. They are NOT best friends

Sorry that all you Alex and Adele fans are still jealous and upset that Kate and Jonny beat them after all but the fact is millions of people like me love the ones with personalities and that is why Kate/Alison/Jonny are the only winners. I'm NOT an Alex fan - Jade was my honey but my alliegencies have nothing to do with my post. If you read it ( which I seriously doubt you have as you seem to have just trotted out one of your stock answers) you will see I have neither slammed nor praised any of the HMs.

My point therefore was - these people are NOT friends - maybe in the future but they are NOT friends. And your posts were also brought to your attention but you obviously have a macro running with irrelevant purile posts.
