Jim says he asked him how it felt to be 103 the chap said the last 3 years have been better than the first 100.

Jim says he had a letter from a 70 year old blind lady who had written a piece of music so Jim arranged for Edward Heath to play the piece with LSO, when the piece was aired about 6 weeks later her sight came back during the programme, she wrote to tell Jim and said what she really wanted was to ride a motorbike, so he checked up and found it was true. They arranged for a 3 wheel bike and she went round a private estate. He asked her what was the best thing about getting her sight back and she said her lace curtains because they had a lovely pattern on them. Jim says he checked and was told that she had got her sight back and the doctors said it was to do with different pressure.

They thought it was due to all the people in her house, the music and excitement. The doctors said it does happen every so often. MB asks if Jim feels pressure in the house if he's comfortable. Jim says he feels very comfortable, Preston asks if there is a nice calm atmosphere in the house, they are fishing for information and Jim says that he doesn't know anything. Rula says there is such a multi dimensional aspect to the house and they have had highs and lows

Jim says his cigars are Cuban and they are very very cheap and in this country they have a word .... free. He says that people are very kind because he is a pensioner

It seems the calming thing is on a handkerchief as maggot is taking great big snorts and saying it is calming. Rula says it's hard not being able to go anywhere apart from in the house

Maggot says when the emotion hits it takes you by surprise. Rula says she finds herself thinking about stuff she hasn't thought about for ages, like her parents who have been dead for 10 years

Maggot says thank God for essential oils, Rula says they really do work.

Maggot says someone he knows on the outside uses essential oils a lot but she has said he is not to mention her name as she doesn't want to be involved at all, Rula asks if she is his girl friend and he says sort of. Rula gives Maggot a big hug

Back round the dining table Jim is expecting BB to make an announcement any time, he is advising them to save for when they are older, he gives half his money to the inland revenue and the rest to anybody who needs it.

Jim says one of his hospitals needed a piece of equipment that cost £5.5million and they asked him if he would spearhead the fundraising campaign, but he said no because he had heard of a charity that was in trouble for not giving away enough money so he went to see them and within 10 minutes had got the money for the machine
