Chantelle and Preston are now clear favourites in the betting. Chantelle is ever so slightly ahead.

Long way to go. Within 48 hours everything will change. Someone could say something or do something that will send their popularity sky rocketing. The odds only really matter when it comes to the final couple of days.

I suppose it will depend on any unpopular rows that they may cause. Preston seems to have a crafty gameplan - he will mix and match, and flit around all of them - and then go to the diary room (to speak to us) and highlight faults and complain about the others. However, Chantelle doesn't seem backward in coming forwards when she wants to speak her mind - so there is time for her blow things for herself yet. I think it will only take one negative comment about her for most of the other contestants to follow!

I still think that Traci will end up winning it.

Barrymores had a knock, because he had an argument with Jodie being difficult about shearing the food, and people seem to want to hang him for it.

But I'm sure he'll be the firm favourite again soon.

They're both my favourites, so I hope one of them does win.

Imo or should i say the rason i want Chantelle to win closely followed by Preston is because i think these celebs are seroiusly lacking in any humility, decency, warmth or humour. Preston and Chatelle posses some of these qualities. I would much prefer those two on my side.

I'm rooting for Traci. She's so sweet and stunning to boot. I thought people on BBBM were rude about her, calling her boring. She's a pleasure to watch.
Faria seems nice too - I've browsed the forums and no one seems to be saying much about her. What do people think?

I like Faria I think, although I am not sure how much of the real her we are seeing. I'm sorry but I find Tracy dull. Thought she was much more livelier in the first few days when she was hanging around with The Marsh and Chantelle. She seems to be playing the part of wallpaper now. :sleep:

Faria is dead from the neck up imo. She wont win.

Faria seems to intent on lettling people know that she is not the bad guy in the whole Sven situation which gets on my nerves. Traci is boring. So yeah Preston and Chantelle deserve to be the faves, I hope Chantelle wins with Preston a close 2nd.

Traci is one of the only genuine nice people in there along with Preston, Maggot and Faria and Chantelle

Oh Traci cannot win. For goodness sakes she cannot win. For a start nobody knows who she is. I've been watching her for a week and I'm still not sure.

I can't really see Traci getting many female votes at all thats probably why she won't win and because she doens't really stand out that much, she is nice enough though.

As I said earlier, I'm rooting for Traci but I don't think she'll win because she isn't endearing to the British public.

I want to see more of Traci, at the moment none of us know her very well. She was blanked by Dennis on the first day and she showed no emotion, and I don't know if anyone else noticed but she was totally ignored by Jodie, Preston and Chantelle when they were in the pool together. Anyway, she got out and went into the sauna (in a rather fetching outfit!) but again showed no emotion. This makes me wonder how genuine she is, especially since she's admitted that this is big in the States. Having said that, she seems very nice and I enjoyed the girly wedding plans made in bedtime, I was giggling along the entire time!

On a side note, Jodie's bikinis left me speechless.

I like Faria, she seemed genuinely upset when she was talking about her affair, and she didn't slag off anyone involved in that matter. She wore her heart on her sleeve and admitted that she would've liked to stay with Sven, and yet she wished them well.

However I don't think she'll win either - Preston and Chantelle are cuties.

I would like Chantelle to win but I think she's peaked to early on in the game and people will be only to ready to slate her if she' says a word out of place. Their expectations are too high where she's concerned and because she's only human, she's bound to let them down somewhere along the line and her odds will plummet.

I don't really like Preston tht much. I don't think he's being genuine at all and his game plan is in shreds. George Galloway has caught on to him already.

JTW: what's Preston's game? I haven't been watching too closely. Though I thought it was sweet of him to be first to greet Traci with a big hug after she was released from the bedroom. He seemed geniunely bothered by her locked up in there.

Chantelle is the next easy target - she says silly things and there have been a few eye-rolls already.

What do people think of Maggot? To me he's dull, dull, dull.

I think he's playing a game going into the DR and telling us (the public) what he thinks of his fellow hms but not actually directing it to any of their faces. Well certainly not as vocally as the way he does it in the DR. This gameplan has been doen before and I find it boring TBH. And like I said, GG has clicked on to him already and if he has his way I think he'll be up for nomination this week.

JTW: I don't know about that. It's kind of hard telling people you don't know very well exactly what you think of them. The diary room kinda encourages you to vent, don't you think? He's said some stuff to Chantelle and Jodie, hasn't he? I think he's just isn't the bitchy sort. Has he contradicted his DR words and been sucking up to people he's criticised? I have to watch more.

CBB on tv, over-analysis and the forum leaves little time for anything constructive! Thank goodness there isn't that red button for 24/7 CBB.

Yeah with Traci showing no other emotion but happy it doesn't provide us with a rounded character really. I am just very keen on the ordinary contestant winning, don't dispute Traci being nice though.

Id like Chantelle to win but i dont take much notice of the odds as they change alot. Barrymore was favourite to win a couple of days ago.
