I would have expected nothing else. Jonny himself admitted that all his mates on the outside will be saying "that's not you Jonny". Just because his family come out with some crap about him showing his true self does not make them actors. Quote

while, i do think that the escalation of the venom in post is expodentious to the venom of SOME bitter alex supporters; it has reached outrageous proportions and ought to be curbed. :'(

Well actually I don't think it's right to just mention Alex supporters. When the non-Alex supporters come out with stuff like "Kate's won, get over it", again and again, I'd say that's just encouraging people to argue. Something the moderators tell us to consider that what we type is respectful to others and doesn't create more tension than is necessary.

I've seen a couple of these anti-Alex posters trying to mess up other threads. One of them had two inflammatory threads of his closed yesterday due to his/her confrontational manner.

It woks both ways.

sorry if i was unclear, my post did apply to all factions it's just that i do beleive much of the grief/animosity over the last 36hrs has stemmed from the immediate post-end of BB3 posts of some alex supporters.

I knew you were meaning both camps of people, but I'm having to disagree with you about the Alex fans creating much of the grief. If you check the threads over the last two days, you will see a few threads closed from simple gloating from anti_Alex people.
From what I've seen Alex's lot only start criticising housemates, but then if the other camp are happy with the result, nothing should bother them so much as to get involved in a tit for tat against posters themselves.

I'm sure there's going to be more criticism of housemates as more news articles come out over the next couple of weeks.

I personally don't mind about criticism toward housemates, as long as it doesn't spill over into insults against each other here.

I believe a lot of Alex fans are proud of him, and don't mind that he didn't win, but I still think that there will be criticism of housemates as more about them is revealed now, Alex too.

p.s. If you're hoping for a little balance, we could put you on some makeshift scales to see if you weigh the same as a piece of wood. However, if you're lighter, we can assume you to be a witch. Then we'll be able to have a bit of fun playing with fire.

Don't know if its already been mentioned as I can't be arsed to wade through the whole thread, but maybe they were guilty of a 'Jade-ism'. Maybe they meant simultaneously and not spontaneously.

Agreed about the "Yess". Why do some women (Jade and Kate) think that talking in a baby voice is appropriate? Do they think that there is something endearing or attractive about it? They are wrong, it makes me want to vomit and sheer idiocy of it.
