Around 600W-700W for 61" screen, 300W-400W for 42" screen.

Can't find many large CRT TVs, but for a 32" around 150-200W.

Plasma TVs do use more power than LCD, but can't compare directly with CRT which are not as large. But a theoretical 61" CRT should use less power than a 61" plasma.

Manufacturers websites with technical info (not in any order) :

Panasonic Plasma TVs

Sony Plasma TVs

JVC Plasma TVs

Philips Plasma TVs

Samsung Plasma TVs

Pioneer Plasma Tvs

Toshiba Plasma TVs

LG Plasma TVs

NEC Plasma TVs
