That's what I thought. They were disgusting weren't they?
Are they still on sale? I remember buying them when I was at school but that wasn't yesterday (Good God, I graduated from University 20 years ago- only just realised it).

Still available and tasty as ever. Made from potato granules and maize, highly nourishing.

Does anyone else find that chipsticks are a little messy to eat and tend to turn to mush and stick between your teeth. Errrrm Who would that make a chipstick again????

'Chipstick' is a rhyming variation of 'dipstick' -a cockney phrase for an idiot (dipstick being a slang for the reproductive part of the male anatomy!). It was used a lot by Del Boy in Only Fools and Horses and the phrase 'chipstick' has evolved from that.

"Only fools and horses"..quality entertainment, NOT.

The fact that it's David Beckham's favourite programme explains a lot..........
