Small screen Digital LCD TV's

I'm planning on upgrading all of my TV equipment in the next year or so.

This includes getting some smaller (15/17") LCD TV's for the kitchen/spare room etc.

I'd like to get some TV's with built-in digital tuner in readiness for the digital switchover.

I'm seeing lots more larger TV's with built in digital but not smaller (not LCD anyway).

How long will it be before built in digital TV's are the norm and we don't have to bother with set-top boxes etc?

I've recently seen a Samsung 940MW 19" LCD, which I believe has a freeview tuner but I could be wrong. Currently at £299 at PC World
