Does anyone know how to cancel please ?

Log into your RealOne account (when you signed up you were given a username (email address) and password) - try starting at www.real.com and click on Login to my account

In the user options once you've signed in is an option for membership. I think you click on "Manage my membership".

Sorry, can't remember the exact details but the option is there as I cancelled my subscription yesterday.

I had a look this weekend to cancel mine. When you have RealOne open, on the top right hand menus there is 'My Account' its all there to manage it.

Haven't actually tested it yet as was going to take a peak at the US BB before :O)

No I haven't phone them yet Coljj, I e-mailed them the weekend and awaiting their response :O)
