My Mum was on Sky Dial which has just been withdrawn. We decided to go for 1899 (she doesn't want to Carrier Pre-select) attracted by the free landline calls.
We went through the full registration on their web page including setting up direct debit, but no confirmation email ever arrived and her service will not work.
I have emailed them and they replied saying she is not registered. Are they dodgy or is it worth repeating the registration process? Any advice greatly apreciated.
