Kate thought that her win was a mistake

I thought so too. I guess we won't be the only ones Kate Dear. Deep down she knew she didn't deserve to win. No wonder she was so drunk. I think Kate would be better off being one of the Spice girls. I wander what she wants, what she really, really wants?

It was.
By 3 million voters.
Actually no, make that 3 million votes.
What I really, really want is Jonny and Kate to disappear off my tv screen for good. Fat chance.

Au contrair....Some of us were bored of her before the win. We're being consistent. Why do people have such trouble with that???

Not that I dislike her. She's just so....average. Nothing special really.

Well, yeah but I mean you've already mentioned that and you are entitled to your view. It just sounds like a broken record now. I don't see why there has to be yet another thread on the same subject. Care to answer why it is necessary?

Hmmn...let see..teetotal, intelligent, experienced Big Brother presenter, reads out independantly verified votes to only two remaining housemates in front of 10 million people....I just don't buy the "I thought win was a mistake" gush. As if Davina would read out the wrong name?!!!!!!! Don't treat us like mugs, Kate.

She's trying to assume the role of a poor, unliked underdog by suggesting that she could only ever win Big Brother by some sort of terrible mistake.

Meanwhile, the real poor, unliked underdog (Jade) is raking in the cash, has had maximum media coverage and is in and is the topic of conversation virtually everywhere I've been in the last 4 days.

"I thought win was mistake" says Kate. Join the club honey!

(These are my own personal views and don't reflect those of Digital Spy and are voiced outside my role as a DS:BB reporter)

Oh! like pick on Mesostim. I was merely adding to this threads conversation. Hassle the guy who started it unless my words struck a nerve and abuse is my reward.

No I'm not going to give you abuse and my post wasn't directed at you in particular. Apologies if it came across as hassle.

Kate won. Why do people who didnt want her to win seem to try to find ulterior motives in everything she says or does?.
I think she genuinly didnt believe she'd won, to me her reaction was one of complete shock and disbelief.
An Im not just defendng 'my fav', because I wanted Jade to win,

Funny how the Sun who were among the ones bullying Jade have used her to turn the tables around on Kate.
Kate is a lovely girl and I actually warmed to Jade, but she won't change. Like all bullies they need someone behind them. Jade bullied Sophie mecilessly when she had the backing of Adele & Tim, now with the Sun behind her she is doing the same with Kate. However Kate had the people behind her not a paper with double standards and one that is not taken seriously, because she would of won otherwise.

Oh please come on, when did Kate "warm" to Jade any more than Jade "warmed" to Kate.

In Kates farewell speech in the house on the last night she told Jade that at the end of the show she should see a psychiatrist!

I don't believe for a minute that Kate thought it was a mistake. If you think something is a mistake then you say "that can't be right" or "are you sure" or something like that.

Kate just screamed and started dry crying on Jonny's shoulder. That is not the actions of someone who things it is all mistake.

I voted for Kate loads of time to win but she really dissappointed me when I realised how drunk she was. Never mind her being the first female to ever win, isn't she also the first ever pissed winner?

Sorry eden2uk . I just reread your thread and realised that you said you warmed to Jade not that Kate warmed to Jade.

Sorry... I think I will have a coffee before I make any more posts today.

Thanks

Kate to Jonny on E4 just before the winner was announced:

"If I win, I'll give you five grand."

Er ... anyone know if the cheque is in the post yet?
