Yes - it's true! Source: Argos.

According to them, by removing David Tennant's head and replacing it with Christopher Eccleston's, you can (and I quote):

"Recreate the dramatic moment of transformation from the 10th Doctor Who to the 11th Doctor Who."

Wow! Awesome!

(Actually the remote controlled K9 looks pretty neat!

Eh, you do realise that it's just Argos getting their numbers mixed up, don't you?

Yeah, but I just like the toys!

Can't expect Atgos to know anything. I don't like Argos. Shopping at Argos reminds me of sitting in social security buidlings.

The funny thing is that I worked for them for three years during parts of school and university and this is exactly the kind of thing I'd come to expect.
What they're failing to say is that due to supply chain problems this figure may in fact be replaced by any number of regeneration figures without warning. Fans may in fact get to recreate the classic lost moment when William Hartnell regenerated into Patrick Troughton through the medium of action figures (special black and white variants no less) or any one of the other regenerations. It doesn't stop there Argos' buyers found that importing figures from the future is cheaper than buying them from the present (as labour will be outsourced to martian super sweat shops) meaning that customers may well recieve figures recreating the future classic moment when the iconic 27th Doctor (no hint given as to how the new regeneration cycles were achieved) who served as Cruz Beckham's final acting role before his retirement at 93 regenerates into the first Doctor to be played by a new line of acting robots! On top of that you may just recieve one of the many variants where the heads are mixed up and you get to choose between Jon Pertwee and Davros on Christopher Eccleston's body!

Sounds good to me

The K9 looks good, if a little small.

I wonder if there will be a new, large size K9 modelled on the revamped one from series two in the shops later in the year? Actually, I don't know why I'm even bothering to speculate.

Actually, I'm looking forward to a remote controlled cyberman next Christmas.

I was going to caveat my post about the size of the thing but decided to leave an opening for other posters.

See, another one I gifted you.

Is it any surprise that I'm a great fan of Marie Lloyd?

So Argos had a surplus of CE dolls left over when the thoughless swine quit, and subsequently they were forced to put DT heads in the boxes

I love the way Argos refer to both Doctors as 'Doctor Who'!

So what is the plural then? Doctor Whos or Doctors Who?

Why didn't they just do a rolling head? Kind of like a Gallifreyan Zaphod Beeblebrox.
