Thailand
My mates are travelling at the moment and when in Thailand they said they were getting DVDs for about 50p. Some were fine but 1 or 2 died halfway through.
I've got a Philips multi-region DVD player and my parents are going to Thailand in October, so is it worth asking them to pick some discs up or is there a chance they will really bugger my system being so cheap? Any help appreciated... |

I'm stopping off in Bangkok for a couple of nights on my way back from oz and was thinking about picking a few dvds up. I know there is a lot of pirate material being sold and i guess anything that cheap is bound to be dodgy.
They wont bugger your system up tho. Theres no chance of that. But the quality could be fairly ropey. |
