Alex didn't suffer the same fate as Adele because his fans are of a different breed. They overlook what they see as minor indiscretions, and instead focus on his good looks and other aspects they like, if he was an ugly f**ker he'd have been out along with Adele.

Ahh! So Alex's fan is of a different breed hence why he didn't suffer the same fate as Adele?????? Sorry just a bit confused here...

Don't be confused, what I'm trying to say is Alex's fans would've kept him in no matter how he had acted. Adele, well she just didn't really have any fans!!

I don't know if would be called bitching, I have brothers who I have lived with and when they have annoyed me I have often gone and talked to my parents about them behind their backs, I have said they are really getting on my nerves and they are buggers etc. Although my parents ignore my rantings and basically pretend to listen. Not wishing to get involved, now when Jade was ranting about Housemates Adele did the same thing that my parents done, listened but not took sides, she also ranted about housemates that she was living with the same as I have done with my brothers. Now I love my brothers but I know I could not live with them 24/7 without them annoying me. How many here have done the same. The only thing I have never done is called them and f*****g w****r. But then living in an extreme environment might cause one to use harsh words. ”

OK so you complained abit about your brothers behaviour, I think if you'd sat there bitching about them to your mother every morning for 9weeks she'd have sent you for psychological help. Certainly if one of them had offered you a boiled egg or toast for breakfast and you'd called them, a f**king w**ker, then people might have thought you were evil and booed you to work in the morning

She would have been represented as being the devil incarnate if she had approached Jonny- like Sandy did -and told him to his face that she did not like him, let alone tell him that she thinks he is a w*****.

”

How do you know that? She 'might' well have gained more respect if she had done so. Comparing it to Sandy telling him is not valid. They are two different people. She was disliked because of the manner in which she spoke about people and used them for her own gain. That is NOT the same as being 'Honest'.
If she is so honest why did she take part in, and encourage, the baiting of Sophie, remember when she came out she said Sophie was a nice person? Doesn't add up to honesty in my book.

Jonny being Jonny coming from the culture that he does, probably did not take the hint and it flew straight over his head!
”

That just sounds rather arrogant. Exactly what 'Culture' does Jonny come from and why would it follow that it went right over his head?

I was just making a point that when I was younger I did talk about my brother to my parents and no it wasn't every day, it was just me moaning. I think that everyone has done that in their time. That is all I was saying. I do feel Adele did make too strong a comment about Jonny. If she didn't like him then perhaps she should have said "look viewers I don't like Jonny sorry, but I am going to have to be diplomatic to him otherwise that would cause tension with in the house,"

Alex's fans did their best for Adele - we really did. Adele was Alex's main ally and we were well aware of what effect her eviction would have. We fought so hard !
However, if you recall ,that particular week was when the forces of darkness were at their strongest - Jonny was still very popular having not yet been fully exposed in his true light. Jonny's fans were blood thirsty, running wild - they joined forces with Kate's mates and the remnants of Spencer's embittered revenge-seeking army to oust Adele with the intention of hurting and damaging the handsome Prince...............
