Is this a "new one"??

I came down stairs this morning to be greeted by the Thomson showing no lights at all! The fan was still running but the unit did not respond to the remote or to front panel buttons. This is an unmodified unit with 1.7.7 s/w.

The standard mains off/on reset was applied and the unit bounced back to life. A check of the calendar showed that I had a full 14-days EPG, so the over night download must have been successful.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

same thing happened to me this morning - a power cycle returned things to normal though.
